Returns

OUR POLICY

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order (excluding rugs and wall art, please see below). You can return your product for a refund provided they meet the below eligibility criteria. Please note if you decide to return your product for a refund, you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping.

RETURNS: TERMS & GUIDELINES

  • Products must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged to cover the suppliers handling/restocking fees.
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Products must have no visible signs of use, have tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • All faults and defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Products must be full-priced. All sale products including items purchased with a sale discount coupon code are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

RUG RETURNS

If the rug you have purchased is not the perfect fit, not to worry, you can still return any rugs purchased within 7 days of receipt of your delivery, as long as it is undamaged and in it’s original condition. 

The refund for a change of mind return will be the purchase price, less 20% restock fee and original shipping fee that our supplier charges plus you will have to organise shipping at your own cost.

Once the rug is returned and our supplier has assessed and confirmed the rug meets the return requirements, we will then provide you with a refund. Ozark Home reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the appropriate requirements.

Products must be full-priced. All sale products including items purchased with a discount coupon code are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WALL ART RETURNS

All wall art is made to order, therefore we cannot process exchanges or returns for change of mind.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. Simply return your items in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order.

WHAT CAN'T BE SENT BACK?

  • Sale items
  • If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your refund or issue a partial refund, not a full refund.
  • Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site, please ask for further information if you are unsure about the colour as we cannot provide an exchange for change of mind without incurring the additional fees.

PROCESSING A RETURN ONLINE:

  1. You can send us a message with your name and order number via https://ozark.com.au/pages/contact-us and our customer service team will arrange the return for you. 
  2. Send all products back to the address provided.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  • The cost of return shipping for exchanges and other returns is at the customer’s expense and this is non-refundable. A return satchel is required to be provided by customers wishing to exchange their items. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Ozark Home. We will not be able to provide a refund, on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We therefore highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (with a tracking number).

WHAT NEXT?

  • Once you have sent your order back and it's received at our warehouse we will provide a refund within 10 business days.

GIFT CARDS

  • All gift card purchases are final.
  • Please treat as cash as lost gift cards will not be reimbursed.
