Some orders may be delayed depending on the product type which is ordered:

  • Dispatch may take a little longer than usual – in some cases up to 10 business days.
  • Please use a residential address as delivery to business addresses may not be completed.
  • Delivery is contactless to ensure driver and customer safety
  • All warehouse staff are wearing personal protective equipment and each shipment is sanitised before dispatch.
  • Our customer support team is available to answer any questions you may have. However, we are currently experiencing a high volume of chat and support tickets, so you may experience a longer than usual wait time for responses.
